You need an extension to block the http requests by rumble. You can install the extension by following this link from Google Web Store

Click Add to Chrome
After adding the extension to chrome, click on the extensions icon on top right side in Google Chrome Browser
Click on the HTTP Request Blocker Extension
Click on add new
Without deleting the initial ://. text, append the following text after it:
rumble.com/embedJS//?request=related
Click on Save Button
Congratulations. You have successfully turned off rumble autoplay in chrome.
